After many mix design trials for 1-year at different approved quality control lab in Jeddah - using different sources of natural pozzolana, OPC cement type i, ii and iii cement and IP cement-,

 I got the highest strength and highest workability in  History form local natural pozzolana within at 1 and 3 days. These American mix design had type ii cement and low w/c ratio.

I had the following results for cube strength design of 32 MPa (28 days) and 400 kg of total cement

DR MOHAMMED ALHAJ HUSSEIN RESULTS FOR NEW MIX DESIGN OF SAUDI GREEN CONCRETE (20%, 50% and 70% NP). The design strength was 40 MPa at 28 Days.

These mixes had used

FINE NATURAL POZZOLANA

(ASTM C-618 TYPE N - M40

+ OPC (ASTM C150 = AASHTO M85 TYPE II). (C3S <50% AND C3A =7%)

 The slump for HVNP 50% was 230mm and 190mm
at 0 min. and 60min., respectively. Whilst

the slump for HVNP 70% was 240mm and 200mm at 0 min. and 60min., respectively.
